<B>Meridian, MS</B></I> - $20 1902 Plain Back Fr. 650 <B>The Citizens NB</B></I> Ch. # (S)7266<BR>We can't find a record of a $20 1902 Plain Back on this charter number being sold at auction. This example has dark stamped signatures of C.L. Hughes and Paney Brown. In fact the signatures are so dark that a large amount of black ink bleeds through on to the back.
