Limited edition acrylic display featuring small segments of Mercury MR-3 Alan Shepard flown parachute and Mercury MA-6 John Glenn flown heatshield, attested to as flown by Florian Noller. The fragments both measure approximately .25˝ x .25˝, and the acrylic block measures 5˝ x 3.25˝ x 1˝; only 20 of these displays were made. In fine condition, with some scuffing to the acrylic surface. Accompanied by a certificate of authenticity from Florian Noller, stating that the pieces derive from collections of NASA employees: the heatshield came from Paul M. Sturtevant, and the parachute segment came from Hal French.
