Memo introduces the transcript as “a word for word transcription…taken from the capsule onboard voice tape.” Memo identifies all the abbreviations and times in the transcript, with the transcript starting at liftoff at 00:00:03 and ending after splashdown at 05:05:16. In fine condition, with scattered toning, edge tears and handling wear.
