Signed book: We Seven. First edition, first printing. NY: Simon and Schuster, 1962. Hardcover with dustjacket, 6.75 x 9.5, 352 pages. Signed in ink and felt tip on the first free end page by five of the seven: “W. M. Schirra, Jr.,” “Gordon Cooper,” “Alan Shepard,” “Scott Carpenter,” and “J. H. Glenn, Jr.” The page also bears autopen signatures of Grissom and Slayton. The book also has an owner’s signature to inside front cover, as well as eight commemorative postage stamps and owner’s bookplate affixed to second free end page. In very good condition, with light front hinge separation, spine a bit weak, and a bit of trivial soiling along top edge of signed page. Dustjacket has several noticeable tears, scattered surface impressions, light soiling, and a price clip inside.
