Archive of eleven items pertaining to the Herr Family of Pennsylvania, especially John Herr, founder of the Reformed Mennonite Church. Items include two single-page octavo autograph documents signed ''John Herr.'' First is datelined 1 August 1807, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania where Herr seeks release from being Executor of his deceased older brother Christian's estate. Second is dated 24 February 1824 where Herr sets forth conditions of a sale on behalf of the ''Widow Moore.'' Other documents signed by Christian Herr. Very good.
