Vira Narasimha Raya was holding the title Dalawayi before he was appointed to the position of crowned king. The title Dalawayi simply means the Commander-in-chief, the word derived from the Sanskrit word Dalapati. Based on the provenance, the coin could be tentatively assigned to Vira Narasimha Raya. Extremely fine, extremely rare.
