The office machine section includes check protectors such as the Abbott Automatic Check Perforator, Lightning Check Punch and the United States Check Punch, etc., plus an early mechanical envelope sealer. Pencil sharpeners are also present and among them are a: "Perfect Pencil Pointer" and a" Jupiter Pencil Mechanical Sharpener". Among the medical lots are Civil War-era amputation sets, a scarce cased Ammoniaphone, a number of rare ophthalmic items including a "Dr. Culbertson's Prisoptometer", many unusual quack devices, porcelain enemas, Anesthesia, ENT and urological instruments.
