Departing from the site means you have agreed that you have all the correct items and are satisfied with them. Any issues MUST be discussed with on-site staff before you leave the premises. If there are any discrepancies, description takes precedence.

* Pickup time slots are fixed, so plan accordingly. Due to seller time constraints, they are inflexible on the pick-up times stated, so please have someone pick up your lots if you are unable to attend yourself. (Also please make them aware of any packing or tools they may need and email a copy of your invoice to them.)
• Invoices: Be prepared to show invoice upon pick-up. This is for your security that the items are going to the correct winning bidder.
• Credit cards: Payments, either Visa or MasterCard only, take effect immediately upon auction close. All funds are in Canadian currency. Bids are locked in and cannot be changed/removed after submission. Carefully review the lot description and your bid amount before submitting.
• Packing/pickup: Bring your own supplies and be ready to pack your items. Bring appropriate tools to disassemble furniture as needed. Measure vehicle interior accurately and check furniture measurements in description BEFORE you bid to ensure proper removal from the site. If using movers, please email a copy of your invoice to them. Auctions use the imperial measurement system.
• Moving lots: Please bring sufficient help as the team is not able to assist buyers with lifting.
• Abandonment: Items left behind or No Show at the end of the day will be noted as abandoned and can affect bidding in future auctions. All parts of a lot are expected to be removed. No refunds will be given for missed pick-ups. There will be No exceptions so always have a backup plan to avoid this situation.
