<B>Print, <I>Red-Jacket A Seneca War Chief</B></I>,</B></I> 11" x 14" in 16" x 19.75" matt, after McKenney and Hall, published by F.W. Greenough, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, 1838. Red-Jacket (ca.1858-1830) was a champion of native ways, yet is shown here in European dress and wearing his well-known 1792 George Washington peace medal. Retains excellent color, only light overall toning. Very fine condition.
