An exceptional and rare Maya post classic blackware cylinder, Ca. 900 - 1100 A.D. - Has two panels with incised sitting figures, one holding an offering bowl up to the other figure who has his hand up in acceptance. There are carved panels between them. Hard to photograph blackware pieces to show all the detail, but this is an exceptional post classic piece. 6-3/4" by 4-1/2". Nice....
