Farmer (1919–1973) who owned the dairy farm in Bethel, New York where the Woodstock Music and Art Fair held was held between August 15 and 18, 1969. DS, one page, 8.5 x 11, August 19, 1969. Standard AFTRA contract in which Yasgur agrees to appear on The Merv Griffin Show on the same day in exchange for $265. Signed at the conclusion in ballpoint by Yasgur, “Max B. Yasgur.” A standard AFTRA rider is stapled to the main document in the upper left. In fine condition, with expected document wear. An especially interesting document, as it is dated one day after Woodstock ended.
