College Football Hall of Famer (1899–1983) who coached SMU to the 1935 National Championship. Vintage glossy 7.25 x 6.25 photo of Bell with several of his SMU players, including Doak Walker, signed and inscribed later in blue ballpoint “Regards to Jim Wiggins, Matty Bell.” Reverse is stamp dated December 15, 1947. In fine condition, with trimmed edges and a few scattered light creases.
