<B>Master Comics #3 (Fawcett, 1940) Condition: FN-.</B></I> These oversized early issues are much sought-after, and this is the first copy of #3 we've had the privilege to offer! This is a very sharp copy of the 10 3/8" x 14" monster -- note the zippy cover colors. The only defects of note are a one-inch spine split at the bottom, a quarter-inch tear at the right edge, and a small stain at the spine on the back cover. The pages are cream to off-white, and since this comic is of course too large to be CGC-certified, you can and should <I>read</B></I> this one. Like the other oversized issues (through #6), this one stars Master Man who disappeared thereafter, but there are also a couple of features that stayed in the series through the "Captain Marvel Jr." years. The bondage cover by an unknown artist is the icing on the cake.
