Solid rib barrel with a blade front sight and a leaf rear sight. The rib is marked "William Moore & Grey 43 Old Bond St London". The bore measures .935 with a 4" chamber and extractor. Back action with a right-hand hammer and a 'Jones' type under leaver. English proofs on the barrel. Barrel flat is marked with loading data. "1982 GRS EXP 14D BP EXP" (1982 GR bullet with 14 drams black powder). Also marked "Sighted by Beasley." The massive hammer back action has the serial number marked on the water table, 'Jones' type under leaver, single trigger. Pistol grip stock with a steel grip cap, ebony forearm tip, solid red rubber recoil pad. Checkered grip and forearm. Length of pull is 14 1/4 inches.

Good with pitting showing under the refinished barrels that have 90% blue. The action has 50% original nickel finish with dark base metal showing. The stock is dark with oil staining. Has a 2" wood chip missing on the right side of forearm. Some light handling marks on the butt stock with a large dent on the right side. Age-hardened recoil pad. Tight action and good checkering. A very rare African/India Dangerous Game, Big Bore Shotgun.
