[Masefield, John]<P> A COPY OF A.SYMON'S PLAY "THE TOY CART": annotated in pencil by Masefield, with six pages of notes (on P&O paper, dated 11.1.36) advising Hugh Hunt on how to achieve Indian authenticity with costumes & casting. Also, one page of pencil sketches of costumes. This may well have been an Oxford University production of Symon's play, Hunt was President of O.U.D.S. in the mid-30's. Plus a signed limited edition of Masefield's END AND BEGINNING, 1933. Orig. cloth gt. (2)
