Also included is a partial ALS signed by Livermore to an unknown recipient, which reads, in part: “What shall be done with Mrs. Phinney’s request? Can you select the Xmas Cards for Sherborn? Or will you find some one else to do it? Or shall they be omitted this year?”; and an 1888 letter from Mrs. Phinney asking Livermore’s advice on cards. In fine overall condition.
