Diana & Marvin duets album by Diana Ross and Marvin Gaye, signed and inscribed on the inner gatefold in black ballpoint, "To Martin, With affection, Peace & Love, Marvin Gaye." In very good to fine condition, with light scuffing, edge wear, and a tear to the Diana Ross side of the album's front flaps. The record is included.

Accompanied by full letters of authenticity from JSA and Tracks, a souvenir program for Gaye's 1981 Heavy Love Affair Tour of the UK in June 1981, two tickets stubs from his concert at the Southport Theatre, Merseyside, on June 28, 1981, an image of Gaye at the time of signing, and a signed letter of provenance from the original recipient, which reads, in part: "Having been a Motown fan throughout my teenage years…I was not going to miss the opportunity to see one of my favourites, Marvin Gaye, when he was advertised…to be appearing in what was known as Southport Floral Hall…After the show I suggested that we went around to the stage door to see if there was a crowd, it wasn't too bad so we hung around…We must have been there an hour and there were only a few 'die hards' left when a security guy popped his head out of the door…A few of us had albums with us and he offered to take those in to get signed by Marvin, which we agreed…Shortly the security man reappeared with everyone's autographed albums and most people left satisfied…we continued to hang around. I seem to recall that there were only 3 or 4 of us there by then when the security man popped his head out the door again and asked why we were still there…I told him that we were hoping to see Marvin as he left…he beckoned us into the building. There in the corridor stood Marvin with a small retinue. He was happy to accept our praise of the show and…to have a photo taken."
