A piece of comic book history, this limited edition, from original art by Carlos Pacheco, depicts a compilation of characters, including: Red Wasp, Hulk, Spider-Man, Hawkeye, Nick Fury and War Machine. Pacheco first got attention in the United States for his work as penciller on Dark Guard, a Marvel UK title. This led to him being offered work by American comic editors leading to Marvel Comics' 1994 Bishop. Pacheco's art had become a fan favorite, with his work regularly getting coverage in magazines such as Wizard. In early 1997 Marvel acknowledged this by assigning Pacheco to one of its flagship titles, X-Men. In 2009, Pacheco signed an exclusive contract with Marvel. "Ultimate Avengers #3" is a limited edition numbered giclee on stretched canvas by Carlos Pacheco presented by Marvel Comics. This piece comes gallery wrapped. Includes Certificate of Authenticity! Total Sales Price
The total sales price of an item includes the hammer price plus a 23% buyer's premium. Framing for unframed artwork, packing, shipping, and insurance is extra.

If a purchase arrives and it is defective or damaged, you will get a full refund or replacement item with a similar value of your choice if the oversight was ours. Prior to returning an item, the customer must obtain a Return Authorization from one of our representatives.
Returns
All sales are final. There are no cancellations, returns or refunds. Under certain circumstances, we may make an exception and allow a cancellation, return or approve a refund. However, in the case of a return, the Buyer's Premium and Shipping Cost will not be refunded.
Payment Due
A seller will contact the Buyer within three (3) days of the completion of the auction. Complete payment is due upon receipt of notification of a successful bid and must be done by the Buyer no later than 7 days after an invoice is received. Title shall pass to the Buyer once payment in full has been made. All shipping charges will be borne by the Buyer. Any item that has not been paid within 7 days after the receipt of the notification may be put back on the auction block for sale. Any buyer that does not make payment will automatically be blocked from future auctions and will be filed with a collection agency and the credit bureau.

Right to refuse sale
We reserve the right to refuse any sale due to unforeseen circumstances including, but not limited to: damage to an item, out of stock listing, misrepresented item, withdrawn consignment, or other such issues. In the event of a refused sale for which payment has already been received, a full refund will be issued equal to the purchase price of the given piece.
