Document is encapsulated in protective Mylar. In very good to fine condition, with intersecting folds, scattered toning and creasing. The white seal is crisp and intact, and Van Buren’s signature is crisp and precise. Pre-certified John Reznikoff/PSA/DNA and RRAuction COA.
