Signers are: Levi Woodbury, John Forsyth (2), Richard M. Johnson, John M. Niles, Joel R. Poinsett, Mahlon Dickerson, Felix Grundy, Henry D. Gilpin, and James K. Paulding. In overall very good to fine condition, with various folds, foxing, toning, and small tears.
