<B>Marseilles, IL</B></I> - $5 Original Fr. 399 <B>The First NB</B></I> Ch. # 1852<BR> A lovely First Charter $5 from well collected La Salle County. It comes from a small group of about a half dozen pieces put away many years ago and discovered in the 1950's. All have been called About Uncirculated or Uncirculated during their respective auction appearances during the past fifty years, but all are beautifully bright and have the appearance of notes which left the press this morning. PMG has opted to be ultra-conservative here and assign a grade of <B>About Uncirculated 55,</B></I> but we seriously doubt many "About Uncirculated" examples have the brightness and eye appeal of this lovely note. <BR><I>From The Thomas M.
