DS, one page, 7.25 x 10, October 26, 1971. A consent and waiver for a special meeting of the board of directors of Colony Productions, Inc. Signed at the conclusion by Brando, and also signed by Marvin B. Meter and Allen E. Susman. Matted and framed with an unsigned vintage photo of Brando and his female costar (later his wife) in Mutiny on the Bounty, to an overall size of 29 x 21. In fine condition, with a few subtle surface marks and a PSA/DNA authentication label slightly showing through from reverse. Brando is scarce in any form and the document offered here is a particularly well-preserved example. Oversized.
