Marlin model 1881 Deluxe special-order rifle, .40 caliber, 28” octagon barrel, half magazine, checkered deluxe pistol grip stocks, with steel shotgun style buttplate, serial #18283. The metal surfaces show 20-40% original blue within a browning patina, scattered light to slightly heavy erosion and pinprick pitting. There has been some cleaning along the edge by the area of the sight and there are some bright spots and mars in that area. The barrel address is good, the stocks ha been refinished and refreshed professionally and still fit up to the metal well. The action is good, the bore is very good. Est: $2,000 - $3,000

Little John's will pay for packing and materials. Buyer pays actual costs of shipping and insurance. All International purchases will be sent to an exporter for shipment to foreign countries. International buyers agree to pay all cost incurred including all shipping, insurance, exporter fees, all custom and duty fees associated with shipment. Post 1898 firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee in your place of residence. All Federal, State and Local Regulations apply and MUST be strictly followed.
