Marked Woman (Warner Brothers, 1937). Half Sheet (22" X 28") Style B. Typical of Warner Brothers during the 1930s, the studio would frequently get their plots from the headlines in the newspapers. This film was based on the tale of Charles "Lucky" Luciano who was just convicted of running a prostitution ring in 1936. Bette Davis was a "hostess" and Humphrey Bogart was the District Attorney who helped her. The poster is folded and has some smudging and crimps. There is color touch-up to the fold lines and some light "drips"/stains to the image area. On the back of the poster there are several pieces of brown paper tape to reinforce the fold lines and edges. Fine+.
