Paine, Harper Bros. 1912, Vols 1 3 (illustrated), Susy and Mark Twain Family Dialogues, by Edith Colgate Salsbury, Harper Row, 1965, Mark Twain in Nevada, by Effie Mona Mack, illustrated, and inscribed by Effie Mack herself. C Scribner`s Sons, NY, 1947, and finally Mark Twain and the Russians-An Exchange of Views, a booklet by Charles Neider, Hill Wang, NY, 1960.
