Mark W. Clark typed letter signed with cover on ''Headquarters 15th Army Group'' stationery. 25 January 1945 letter to Sherwood Johnson reads: ''I glad to hear that you are a member of the Boy Scouts of America, no longer command the Fifth Army, brought a few Fifth Army shoulder patches along with me and am inclosing [sic] one as you requested.'' 8'' x 10.5'', one page. Slightly toned cover is also signed by Clark. Accompanied by one patch, in mint condition. Minor toning and ''C'' to Clark's signature slightly smudged. Very good condition.
