DS, two pages, 8.5 x 11, February 7, 1958. Television Motion Picture Artist’s Manager contract between Monroe and MCA Artist’s Ltd., for a period of one year for the standard ten percent commission. Beautifully signed in fountain pen on the second page by Monroe. Double matted and framed with a lovely color 8 x 10 portrait of Monroe, to an overall size of 34 x 18.25. In fine condition, with expected folds, punch and staple holes to top edge, and a couple of unobtrusive creases. In 1958, Some Like It Hot began and finished production and her second pregnancy during her marriage to playwright Arthur Miller ended in miscarriage during the term of this contract. A huge signature on an important document. Oversized.
