The contract is typed on plain paper, and is addressed to Mr. Milton H. Greene. It reads, in part: "<I>...the Corporation is the owner of the negative and copyright...of the motion picture now entitled 'The Prince and the Show Girl'...you shall have no interest whasoever in any proceeds derived by the Corporation from the exploitation of any rights in the negative...</B></I>". It is signed in blue ink "<I>Marilyn Monroe</B></I>" as President of Marilyn Monroe Productions, Inc.
