Queen consort of France as wife of Louis XIV, she was born at the Escorial as the daughter of Philip IV of Spain and Elisabeth of France (1638–1683). Vellum manuscript DS, in French, one page, 18.5 x 8, April 24, 1680. Untranslated document in which the Queen promotes Guillaume Bignon to the new position of master pastry chef. In very good condition, with a central vertical fold, moderate overall creases, and two cuts to the lower right.
