Empress of Austria (1717–1780) and mother of Marie Antoinette. DS, in German, two pages both sides, 10.5 x 15, January 1, 1762. Interesting document, with first page being mostly printed with all of Theresa’s titles, with the rest of the document written in another hand. A grant for one year involving wood and the amount of 29,096 gulders. Boldly signed on the last page next to the large and intact seal. In very good condition, with partial separation along bisecting folds, light overall toning, and small tear to lower left edge. Pre-certified PSA/DNA and RRAuction COA.
