Entitled, ''Final Plans'' for the march, 12pp. program was only distributed to persons organizing the event, and lists logistics of the event (transportation, publicity, scheduling) as well as its higher purpose (''Why We March''). 5'' x 8.25'' manual's perforated last page is partially detached, else near fine.
