Spectacularly rare advertising brochure for the 28 August 1963 ''March on Washington for Jobs and Freedom,'' which ignited the immediacy to pass Civil Rights legislation. Six panel brochure folded to measure 3.75'' x 8.5'' calls ''for all Americans Black and White to join the March...the twin evils of discrimination and economic deprivation...rob all people, Negro and white, of dignity, self-respect and freedom...'' Committee members for the march are listed as is the address of its New York Headquarters. In very good to near fine condition.
