Lot 44. END OF DAY, Cloud Onionskin. Rare single-pontil, four-panel, ribbon, Cloud Onionskin. Opaque white core. Two panels of pink, two panels of turquoise. The pink are wider and are flattened to form the ribbon. The pink panels are also slightly lobed or crimped. A couple of stray pieces of mica on the core. Open hole in the core at the top. One tiny dirt spot on the surface. All original. This one has it all. Cloud, ribbon, panels, lobes, and condition. Very rare. Germany, circa 1870-1920. 25/32". Mint (9.5). Estimate: $750-$1500
