SULPHIDE. Seated dog. Average detail to the figure. No air bubbles. Well centered. Polished surface. Germany, circa 1850-1920. 1-5/16". Polished. This item was recovered from the Marble Wreck site described on Page 105 of Wreck Valley III by Capt. Dan Berg. The site is identified as the shipwreck of an 1870s schooner inbound from Germany.
