Dated "Feby 1st 1775", this map was produced for "Gentleman's Magazine" in London (Ref: Jolly GENT-232). This famous London magazine produced maps to familiarize its readers with the geography of important cities in the colonies. On February 9, 1775, Parliament would declare Massachusetts to be in a state of rebellion. Light folds and a 1.25" tear at right edge; otherwise, clean and attractive.
