Artist's Note

"This is a one-of-a-kind natural-edge maple burl oval-turned bowl. The wood came from the stump of a tree cut down for firewood up on Mount Hood, Oregon. Turning a natural-edge oval-turned bowl presented many interesting technical challenges, and I am unaware of any other bowls like it on the market."
