The main body of the map includes Texas, New Mexico, California (which is depicted as an island), and Louisiana (43 years before the Louisiana Purchase). The inset depicts the North Atlantic, including Greenland, Cumberland Island, Hudson's Bay, New Britain (Labrodor), and New Wales.
