Manhattan .36 caliber percussion pocket revolver with factory 4” barrel remaining in good to very good condition, serial number 68910. The metal surfaces retain strong traces of original blue and case hardening drifting to a light brown patina. The cylinder shows 30%-50% light original scene with the center panels mostly visible under matted magnification and patent marks fully visible on the back edge of cylinder. All matching visible serial numbers. Good barrel address and markings. The grips show 50%-70% varnish with many small nicks and a couple of dents but are at least good overall. The straps show considerable darkened finish turned almost black. The action works well and there is some bright blue under the loadinglever. A far better than average and untouched Civil War era Manhattan. Est.: $500-$1,000
