There are no defects, no missing pages, no library stamps, etc., and the dust jacket (if issued with one) is perfect without any tears. <li>Fine approaches the condition of As New, but without being crisp. There are no defects, etc., and if the jacket has a small tears or other defects noted. <li>Very Good does show some small signs of wear - but without tears - on either binding or paper. Defects noted. <li>Good average used and worn book that has all pages or leaves present. Defects noted. <li>Fair worn book that has complete text pages (including those with maps or plates) but may lack endpapers, half-title, etc. Binding, jacket (if any), etc., may be worn. Defects noted. <li>Poor sufficiently worn. May not have the complete text. Any missing maps or plates should are noted.
