The auctioneer warrants that the paintings sold through the KAI WAIKIKI Art Show are original oil paintings by the artist Patrick Ching. The artist retains the exclusive right of reproduction for all paintings as well as the right to repaint other versions of these subjects. All owners of original Patrick Ching art will be registered in the artist’s registry of original art owners. The auctioneer reserves the right to reject any bid. The Auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw any item or add items. The auctioneer may accept an offer on the paintings in progress at a price lower than the minimum bid price before 12 midnight on July 9, 2013.
Paintings may take up to 30 days to dry, be photographed, packed and shipped.
