This graceful mahogany tilt top table was made by a disinguished furniture company called Flint & Horner in the 1920s. The table has an unusual scalloped top. The pedestal is fluted having a center ball with deeply detailed carvings. The carvings are repeated on the slender table legs which end in a French foot. The latching mechanism used to attach the top works well and holds the top level and secure. The proportions on this table are wonderful. The table was probably refinished not long ago and is in excellent condition.
