Custom framed backboard display measures 18.5" x 30.5" in size. Hand-signed in black felt tip pen by Magic Johnson (HOF). The display is limited edition and has been hand-numbered #/32.

The man who brought as much flair and glitz to Hollywood as he did championships deserves a backboard worthy of his creative career. Although Magic Johnson would have been great wherever he played his NBA career, it was fate and luck that brought him to Los Angeles as the first overall pick in the 1979 NBA Draft. With his unique combination of size and ball-handling skills, the former Michigan State star was able to establish his greatness on a stage that was surrounded by the glamor and popularity that comes with Hollywood. Johnson never backed away from the big lights, instead embracing his role as team leader on and off the court for the Lakers. He was part of five NBA Finals championship teams. This miniature backboard features six action images along with one image of him hoisting a Larry O'Brien trophy. It also honors the years the Lakers won titles. Most importantly, it showcases Johnson's signature in the shooter's square. An actual breakaway rim is attached to the backboard to give it a scaled version of an actual backboard. A solid silver frame gives the piece the look of a classy memorabilia piece and gives the full piece a measurement of 30.5" x 18.5". Please note that this is not a toy. It should not be played with. The autograph is signed in paint pen with a thin 1/16" layer of acrylic covering the piece to protect the signature. Johnson has autographed this "Champion" backboard in black paint pen. His signature is deemed authentic by virtue of Upper Deck Authenticated's Five-Step Process. This item is limited to only 32 and you are bidding on a random number from the edition.
