On one side, Alfred E. Neuman touts the victory of John F. Kennedy. On the other side, he waffles, and celebrates the election of Richard M. Nixon. Maybe young Neuman was just looking ahead to '68! The issue features art by Mort Drucker, Dave Berg, Wally Wood, Don Martin, and Paul Coker Jr, and also has the very first "Spy vs. Spy" feature by Antonio Prohias.
