Only the greatness of Davis could render such a figure and still maintain the anatomical correctness required. The figures in the crowd are mesmerizing, in large part because so many in the crowd are drawn in unique detail by the often underrated Davis. This second issue of the timeless, irreverent title features artwork by John Severin, Bill Elder, and Wally Wood. <B>Mad</B></I>'s parodies are legendary; Dick Tracy gets the treatment in this issue. This example sports a flawless cover and only the most minimal of spine wear, making it a great showpiece.
