<B>Mabel Normand Signed Portrait.</B></I> Autographed vintage reproduction of an altered photographic portrait of Mabel Normand, the most popular screen comedienne of the silent film era. She inscribed the image in black ink "To R.L. Jenkins -- my sincere and grateful thanks and best wishes always Mabel Normand." The piece is double matted. In Very Fine condition with minor damage on the upper edge and a crease at the upper right corner, and a nick in the surface of the lower left quadrant. The back has paper and glue residue from a past mount. There is slight fading of "grateful," otherwise the autograph and signature on this mesmerizing portrait is clean and bold.<B>Condition Report:</B> In Very Fine condition, there is minor damage on the upper edge and a crease at the upper right corner. At the lower edge of the left side is a nick in the surface. The back has paper and glue residue from a past mount.
