A prerequisite of our auction is to select your preference to pick up or have items shipped. We will honour your selection. Items will be shipped together when possible. Shipping charges are determined after items have been packaged and weighed. There will be $15.00 per package handling charge. Specific items cannot be or will not be shipped (for example black powder or very large or expensive-to-ship items). Do Not Bid on these items kif you can't come and pick up.
All items are sent by Canada Post, UPS, Sendle or Purolator Courier depending on location, size of parcel and regulations.
Items will be insured and a signature required.
We ship ammunition ONLY within Canada. Ammunition and firearms are shipped separately.
Dangerous goods (ammunition, powder, muzzle loading ignition, primers and compressed gases) will be shipped by Purolator. We require a physical address as Purolator does not deliver to P.O. boxes. Please note Purolator and UPS are the only option for shipping ammunition in Canada .
For shipping- a second charge will occur the day the item has been shipped which will include shipping, insurance and a packing fee. Shipping is done in numerical order by paddle number and starts the Monday after the auction. Once your package(s) label has been created Ship Station will send you an email with your tracking information.
Insurance cost will be charged and calculated at $2.90 per $100, so $1-$100 is $2.90, $101-$200 is $5.70, $201-$300 is $8.70 and so forth. Costs for shipping and insurance are processed on your credit card through the iCollector site.
To Decline Insurance:
If I choose to decline shipping insurance through Landsborough Auctions, I do understand that if the packages/items are lost, damaged, stolen or otherwise rendered inoperable or destroyed, that I am solely responsible and will not pursue any financial or other kind of compensation from Landsborough Auctions.

You have sole responsibility for your purchases. You and or your importing FFL will be required to file paperwork with BATF in order to import an item. Please check with your FFL and/or BATF regarding import of specific items. Not all firearms are able to be imported/exported into the USA. Note that any items that you have purchased but are deemed “not importable/exportable” will be sold at our next available auction. Our regular commission charges apply to the resale of your items.

You are accepting all our Terms and Conditions, Buyers Premiums, Taxes, Shipping and Payment stipulations when you place a bid at our auction. The highest bidder shall be the purchaser and the decision of the auctioneer relating to all matters is final. All sales are final and not subject to conditions with no refunds or exchanges. All merchandise is sold in an "as is" condition without recourse to the vendor. All goods advertised or displayed are subject to withdrawal prior to sale with the discretion of the auctioneer. The Auctioneer may reject a bid at his discretion without reason or explanation.
In Canada, a valid P.A.L. (possession and acquisition license) is required to acquire firearms and ammunition. Firearm registration applies to all restricted and prohibited firearms purchased within Canada. All restricted and prohibited firearms will have their transfer started on auction day. USA and International bidders have sole responsibility for their purchases and a $40.00 administrative fee is applied on all firearms sales. If purchased items cannot be imported, the items will be sold at the next available auction. Consignment commissions are applicable on the resale. Please note that we do not ship ammunition outside Canada.
Landsborough Auctions does not guarantee or make warranties on any lot sold. Ratings in the catalogue are opinion. We acknowledge that errors may occur although we endeavour to give you accurate information in what is written. We strongly recommend personally viewing any item you bid on. Landsborough Auctions will not return or refund money if an item is not exactly in the same condition as listed in the catalogue.
