Mining Camp Melodies by Walt (Rags) Holliday. Published in 1924 by Oates and Roberts Press in Butte. This hardcover book features a delightful collection of mining town poems. Holliday wrote in his introduction "this volume is dedicated to the Underground man." Holliday was passionate for mining culture of Butte, which is where he spent 20 years of his life working as a miner. His collection of poems provided a humorous look into early 20th century mining culture. The book has some wear on the cover and the pages are slightly yellowed. HKA#62767
