Pickup is at the owner's property located at 828254 Mulmur Nottawasaga Townline, Mulmur, ON L9V 0Y7 Saturday Oct 4th 10am to 4pm, or by appointment. Please do not show up at the owner's property outside of the agreed upon times. Please discuss the shipping of large items prior to bidding. Call Dennis 519-288-2228. Shipping fees must be paid by credit. If bidder requires insurance on their parcel, they must reply to their invoice email with request details. We can not ship items larger than Canada Post / courier allowances, i.e. 66 lbs. Winning bidder is responsible for shipping large items. Contact Kidd Family Auctions regarding pickup/delivery/shipping details with questions prior to bidding. We are not responsible for damage that occurs during shipping.

The highest bidder shall be the purchaser and the decision of the auctioneer relating to all matters is final. All sales are final and not subject to conditions. No exchanges or refunds. All merchandise is sold in an 'as is' condition without recourse to the vendor. All goods advertised or displayed are subject to withdrawal prior to sale within the discretion of the auctioneer. The Auctioneer may reject a bid at his discretion.
RESERVES: A few items will be sold with a reserve. Consignors are not authorized to bid on their own items nor have someone bid on their behalf. We reserve the right to withdraw any items or bids by the offending consignor.
REGISTRATION: By registering for this auction, you acknowledge and agree to be added to our marketing list (i.e. text message & email advertisements) for future sales.
TERMS OF PAYMENT: Acceptable forms of payment are cash, debit, EMT, and credit. At the conclusion of the sale, invoices will be sent, and payment is due immediately following. Pickup is the next day, 10am to 4pm, or by appointment. Purchasers must notify us immediately if our pickup day doesn’t work for them. Purchasers will be responsible for arranging their own pickup / delivery / post only if Canada Post’s size and weight limits are exceeded. Otherwise, we ship items at cost, on an individual basis based on weight and size per Canada Post / couriers. Shipping fees must be paid by credit card. We are NOT responsible for damage occurring during shipping.
