Further, notice is given of the convening of a board of appeals to pass upon “<i>the claims of persons who consider that injustice has been done them by the officers of registration refusing to record them as voters; also on objections made to persons who may have been registered as voters; and for the purpose of adding to the list of voters in each election district the names of such persons as said board may consider legally entitled to registration, and to strike therefrom the names of such persons as said board shall consider improperly registered.</i>” Signed in print by Anthony Harsel, Supervisor. 1. Auction Catalogue No. 19 is a Mail, Fax, Phone, Email and
Internet Live Bid Auction and is conducted under the laws of the State
of West Virginia by Gil Griggs, Licensee of Charleston, W. V. License
No. 002.
2. Absentee bid closing date is April 5th, 2002, 10:00 PM EST.
3. There is a 15% Buyer’s Premium charged on the final hammer price
of each lot. An additional 2½% Premium will be added to any lots
purchased through ebayliveauctions.com.
4. The Auctioneer reserves the right to reject any bid for any
reason.

6. In the event of duplicate high bids, the earliest bid received
will be the winner.
