President of USSR (1985 -91) who introduced reforms in Soviet Union and the terms <i>perestroika</i> (restructuring) and <i>glasnost</i> (openness) into the international lexicon. He was awarded 1990 Nobel Peace Prize for his efforts in helping to end cold war. Two SPs, color, 10"x8" & 8"x10" portraits, being an image of the Soviet president clasping hands with President Reagan; and at the Reagan Library during a speech standing behind a podium. Both are boldly signed in black felt tip. Generally Fine.</span></p>

1. Auction Catalogue No. 19 is a Mail, Fax, Phone, Email and
Internet Live Bid Auction and is conducted under the laws of the State
of West Virginia by Gil Griggs, Licensee of Charleston, W. V. License
No. 002.
2. Absentee bid closing date is April 5th, 2002, 10:00 PM EST.
3. There is a 15% Buyer’s Premium charged on the final hammer price
of each lot. An additional 2½% Premium will be added to any lots
purchased through ebayliveauctions.com.
4. The Auctioneer reserves the right to reject any bid for any
reason.

6. In the event of duplicate high bids, the earliest bid received
will be the winner.
